Attachment Title same as Document Type description for all attachments

We are implementing a scenerio of Late arvhiving with Bar code. Here we have an external repository which will hold documents. We are passing Bar code as input. However, we have a problem here. All the attachments have same Attachment Title, which is same as Document Type description. Can we not add Document Type description as input parameter, so that when SAP web servive is called we can assign what we want as Attachment title so that we can have different attachment titles.
