Error "Customs status EU does not match country of destination GB" on Export customs declaration

Hello Gurus,

We have received Error customs status does not match country of destination GB while creating export declaration from DE to destination GB.

GTS version 10.1. please help in resolving this issue.

Hello Swathi,

We have this situation before Country GB is also a member state of EU . So please enter customs status CO in the customs declaration.

CO is the right one for 'Goods Trafffic between community member states.

Hi Swathi,

Both DE and GB are in the EU.  So why should you create an Export Declaration for that transfer?  Of course you would expect an error response.

Thanks for your reply,

Our requirement was to send goods to Jersey and it is part of GB we have added it as Country of destination, on the other way we tried adding Jersey as Country of destination but we have received same error.

Please suggest.
