Migration of buying center in C4C ?

Hi experts,

I have been able to download the template for the migration of Buying Centers (EN_Buying_Centers_v_0.xml), but I cannot find how to upload the data in C4C ?

Can someone point me to the right way to import this data in C4C once the xml template is filled with the data ?
