BAPI_PO_CREATE1 - Pop-up for release strategy

Hi,

When I create PO in foreground I receive pop-up window for release strategy, where I can select Processor.

When I create PO with BAPI, than release strategy is determined automatically, but releaser is not there.

How can I have releaser populated?

Another question - I create PO in background via transaction (user just enters P.Req number and press process button, than BAPI_PO_CREATE1 is called and PO is created).

Is there any chance to bring pop-uo window with release strategy processor selection to foreground?

Talk to your IT department, pop-ups are not standard in purchase order creation, so it must be homemade
