MDG vendor request Activation Failed in workflow

Hello Experts,

i am ABAPer do not have experience on MDG,

We have used MDG workflow for Vendor/Customer Create/Change,and we are facing an Activation issue for some MDG requests, if we check the workflow log it will show lik

Activiation Error Existing? Yes

then work-item is sending back to the Creator's inbox of the Request. we used standard task TS60808002 is for activation of MDG request .

i need to understand why this actuation error is Occurring and how to Fix this. error Screenshot is attached.

please suggest.

    Hi Sreenath,

    Please check the SLG1 Logs for that CR, it will show you exact reason why CR Activation failed.
