MDG vendor request Activation Failed in workflow

Hello Experts,

i am ABAPer do not have experience on MDG,

We have used MDG workflow for Vendor/Customer Create/Change,and we are facing an Activation issue for some MDG requests, if we check the workflow log it will show lik

Activiation Error Existing?                  Yes

then work-item is sending back to the Creator's inbox of the Request. we used standard task TS60808002 is for activation of MDG request .

i need to understand why this actuation error is Occurring and how to Fix this. error Screenshot is attached.

please suggest.

Hi Sreenath,

Please check the SLG1 Logs for that CR, it will show you exact reason why CR Activation failed.

thank you very much for your reply.

when i check SLG1 transaction, i could see some errors in that like some data is not existed in Reuse Active area like Email address and phone numbers,so can you please also suggest me how do i check this Reuse area and activate the same.

Hi Sreenath,

I guess you are trying to Change some attributes here.

When you submitted a CR for these things, after that and before final approval somebody has changed value directly in table that's why you are getting these activation error.

Please create a new CR and activate it don't change anything directly in table and your CR will get activate.

Is there any possibility to turn off these Activation errors in MDG.
