Hi all,

I have acquired a asset on 01.02.2016 with life 50 yrs.. now when i open AW01n in comparison tab i only see dep upto 2019.

We are using year dependent configuration and we have maintained it till 2025.. now according to configuration dep should show till 2025 but its showing till 2019 and attaching the screenshot of the same.

Kindly guide me how to get the remaining dep in comparison tab

I have checked the fiscal year variant and they are using different fiscal year variant for asset.

In OBY6 they have attached Z2 which i have attached the  screenshot to Lidia

Hi Abhay,

Then check the fiscal year variant in OB29. If it is year dependent, then check the year in which you last maintained it.

Hi Abhay,

The issue seems in fiscal year variant definition. The period maintained in it and calendar assignments are mismatching. So check the variant and also look year shift in it.

OA84 does not work correctly when you have a year dependent FYV.  It is best to create the entries in OAVH manually.  Make sure that you have them defined for every period control that you are using in your depreciation keys.  They should be defined as far out as your FYV is defined.

What about your period controls?  When do the calendar assignments end in OAVH?

Hello Abhay,

I should work. Either exit out of the transaction completely or hit the refresh button in AW01 and try again.
