Agentry - disable the 'X' button on Windows transmit

Is there a way to disable or hide the 'X' button in the upper right corner of the transmit status window in the Windows platform?  In the action that contains the transmit step, I tried using the "Disable Cancel" property but that didn't have any effect.

unfortunately we dont have any control on X button. this is framework related.
