How to integrate Banking Swipe Machine Terminal to SAP CRM

hi all,

How to integrate swipe machine terminal to SAP CRM. Actual requirement customer will walking in for our service center to get service for our manufactured product, For each customer work order id will created, while closing service ticket service engineer will collect money from the customer via card payment at that time doing transaction by using of bank swipe machine . We have to capture successful transaction with respect to the specific work order.

Any one can please suggest me solution for this, how to integrate or else any document for that!!!

Hello Anbusundaram,

Swipe Machine, I guess these is a device type for credit card. Anyway it's usually a payment type (like Cash credit card,etc..). Please consider the documentation of payment type under the link Payment Card - Enterprise Services in SAP Customer Relationship Management - SAP Library.

which explain the functionality in CRM in detail. Additional please consider note 847162 - FCC FAQ payments, promises to pay, installment plan for further explanation.
