Is BPA tool mandatory for SAP FCC?

Hi

My customer has bought SAP FCC and BPA by Redwood.

We also have ESP tool for job scheduling (By CA)

I wanted to know if BPA tool is mandatory for FCC implementation ?

If not then can any job scheduling tool be used for the same?
