System picking incorrect ledgers while updating open item mgnt

Hi Experts,

When trying to update open item mngt, by running FAGL_ACTIVATE_OP, system is showing an error "Balance of ledger IF differs from the account balance. Message no. FAGL_SWITCH_OP018"and also showing balances of other ledgers which we are not using. Only ledger '0L'is in use.

Can we remove other ledgers? Please assist with steps to follow.

Hi Sunny,

Use specific ledger group option?  And also check the posting for the ledger IF in FAGLFLEXA table.

Hi,

In relation to your issue ,program RGUDEL00 deletes plan data and
actual data from roll up ledger that's why there were no entries
to delete in your system.
In your case  when you try to delete the non-leading ledger ,error
message FAGL_LEDGER_CUST066 is triggered because there is transaction
data.
If you want to delete actual data from regular (i.e. non-rollup) ledgers
you must reset the transaction data of the company code.
Spro    > FI (new) > GL(new) > preparation for productive start >
Deleting test data > Delete transaction data > Delete company code data.

Please,be aware that this is not recommended in the productive system .
The deactivation is only allowed if no documents have been posted.
Please carefully read following attach note:

careflully with the expertise of remote consulting service,unfortunately
it is a billable service if you are interested,you may check note 83020.
