Regarding Web Service under Domain control

Dear All,

I have installed SAP Business One 9.2 patch 2  in Windows Server 2014 R2. This server is controlled under a Domain server.

I have installed the Gate Keeper with Local  SAP Server IP[192.168.1.189].  In SLD, i mapped  the external IP(Public IP: 103.30.194.237) for Browser Service also SLD is also mapped with this same external IP (Public IP:103.30.194.237) .

This Public IP is controlled under Cyberoam, Administrator say all ports are opened such as {30000,30010,8100,1433,2099}

When i connect SAP through internet Browser B-One functions properly but when , I try to login through a public IP  just logs in further no display of screen.

Kindly request you all to overcome this problem

Regards:

Prasanna.

Two things u need to check.

1. Register public ip in SLD, there is an extra tab for this purpose.

2. Go to Tomcat (B1 web access gatekeeper folder), and find SLD-config.xml, change the internal ip to external ip.

Well, in my experience, once u change SLD-config.xml, the internal client will be forwarded to external ip directly. Did u see that?

Dear Prasanna,

If after Logon, Screen Shows Nothing, just restart the Browser Integration Service and logon again. It will take time to respond after restart. Hope it will work.

Dear Prasanna,

Do you use Both Internal and Public IP on a Same Computer??

Hi Tariq,

I installed Browser Service with external ip and my sld with internal ip. When i want to run Browser service i call my external ip. This work fine inside the  local  network but outside its not connecting

man,

although i am not sure whats wrong with ur setup, i would suggest u turn off 1433's mapping immediately. i just checked, ur 1433 port is open to public. This is SQL port, no need to expose to public at all.

Hi frank,

Presently we opened all ports to run the  web service.

The only port u need is 8100, and 30010. I tried already, I would suggest u close other port mapping.
