Hi Experts
We have set up 3rd party SMS integration with CRM and messages are being received on the mobile phone. However, they are coming in a URL encoded format, i.e Your%20complaint%20has%20been%20resolved on mobile device instead of (Your complaint has been resolved).
We are using CRM alerts which are being triggered by actions assigned to service requests.
