Multiple Line Graph in Crystal Report having (x,y) co-ordinates

Hi, I am using Crystal Report 2013 Developer Version.

My issue in Line Graph is as below:

In my Line graph there are multiple Lines. In below figure Trail is one Line and Triangle is another Line.

Below graph is plotted in UI with the help of List.

Readings for line 1= (x=50,y=72), (x=76,y=80), (x=84,y=92) and (x=100,y=100)

Readings for line 2=(x=80,y=87)

I am facing issue to plot this series in Line Graph, secondly I am unable to view recurrence values on X-axis, the way it is shown on Y-axis(0,20,40...n).

my Y-axis is RPM and Y-axis is Load. Both are in percent.

i don't want to display any Sum, Average,...etc functions on graph. Only Database values as it is.

Please check this image. Any how I have to show same result. the graph which is on UI(previous image) same on Crystal report.

What can be done.
