Hello Lynni,
Currently we do not have any report which can show the unbilled time and expense against project.
While creating project invoicing for each time or expense item that is assigned to an invoice item (both billed and unbilled included in the invoice), adjust the amounts and quantities that are to be invoiced or written off.
If you are intended to see the difference between the total recorded hours and the billable hours use the employee “Activity Report” and also you can define the project task level the project task is relevant for invoicing or not.
Best regards,
Sahalya

Hello Sahalya,
Thank you for your reply.
I found there is an icon named“itemized list”in the customer invoice request.
And it includes employee times to be billed in this report.
This looks like unbilled employee time list that I need.
But it doesn't include the unit price of the time, is there any way to include the unit price in this itemized list? (the price to be billed for the customer not the cost)
Thanks,
Lynni
Dear Lynni,
You can find then in the 'Not Invoiced Time and Expenses' view under the Project Management Workcenter.
This view provides you with an overview of how many time and expense items have been recorded to your customer projects, but have not been invoiced to the customer or not even assigned to the relevant sales order.
You can refer to the helpcenter document 'Not Invoiced Time and Expenses Quick Guide' for further details.
Regards
John Nelson Paul
