Outlook notification on workflows ending with error

I have configured my ID as workflow admin in SWU3 and in SU01 a valid email address is maintained in association with my SAP id.

Now, whenever there is an error on any of the running workflows I am receiving a notification in SBWP inbox as a document.

However I am not getting same notificationon my outlook inbox.

I am in a fix here, any help will be appreciated...

Closing this thread, as we understand that this can't be achieved by standard way so done via custom development.

Thats my intention but I am not getting it on Outlook...

I've updated SO16 --> Mail Sy.group setting to "Send to home address".

Which is triggering to outlook but not to SAP inbox anymore.

Not sure what I am missing here.

Are You using mail step for outlook mail OR Extended Notification.

Precisely my point, but business user wants to get these notification on Outlook Mail as well for a speedy resolution.

Do we have an option to switch it over to Outlook instead of SAP Inbox?

If you have the correct settings in SO16 then it will go to Outlook.

If you don't then it will stay in SBWP.

They can choose.
