Hi all,
You know, in tickets here a button 'escalate' , what are the functions of the escalate button?

Per my understanding this is to escalate the ticket to the higher level of service line in case if it need more expertise to look into or in case of SLA violation or any other reason to pass it to higher level for quick reaction on the ticket.

Escalate is the task assign to Service Ticket ,which indicate Subject Matter Expert can help to get resolved with high priority .
For details you can click on 'Help Center' in Silverlight and search with "Service" and click on Service hyperlink to have more details.
