Print button in Appraisls Self Service does not work (blank page displayed)

Dear forum

We are using ESS/MSS in UI5 environment. The print functionality in APPRAISALS does not seem to work for ESS or MSS. After clicking the print button from within an appraisal document, a pop up window opens showing a blank page.

Can anyone help?

Yes, I tried with both Chrome and Explorer. Same problem unfortunately

Ok. We do not use ESS for appraisals, we print the forms in R3. Is this the same standard print functionality that is called in your ESS?

Yes, Tania, we use standard SAP functionality throughout.

Sorry, can't think of any solution other than raising an SAP OSS ticket for this. Since you are using the standard solution, they should be able to help.
