Backup and restore for C4C

Hi there,

I am aware of the concept of a restore point in C4C but my understanding is that this is a manual request/process that needs to be followed.

Are there any other backup processes happening in C4C that will allow us to rollback to a previous date (say for example, a malicious user deletes all the Contacts)?
