Regarding F110

Hi All

I am getting following error while running f110

"Item release later"

Now got OSS Note 730187. I am not following what this OSS note is trying to say.

It mention that what kind of problem it is, how it happened but it does not saw how to solve it

this is really something I never see

this is for Vendor down payment

in payment run it is taking all payment but it skip only this payment

can you please guide how to work on it
