    Hi Filipe,

    could you clarify the sentence?

"Please note that in HANA there is no such configuration option in backend"

What is the real limit if a user sets the parameter to -1 at his client, reading data from BW on Hana ?

    Thanks, Martin

    • Hi Martin,

This sentence means that when connected directly to HANA database (not BW on HANA), there is no parameter to set in backend (i.e. in HANA side) to change the result set limit. In this case AO will use the default of 500.000 data cells.

If the user sets the parameter to "-1" in client side, when reading data from BW system AO will use the value defined in RSADMIN table as mentioned in the Wiki page.

Let me know if any questions.

    Hi Felipe,

We have same error in our system. And we are going to try the steps you provided. But our issue is a liitle bit different. Because our query on Analysis doesn't have over 500.000 cells but it has 260 columns and 3 rows and it gives that error. The query works ok when the number of columns is about 100.

I hope the solution will help us also, too.

    Thanks in advance,
