unicode automatic selection in SOST Preview

Hi All,

I am sending emails to customers in Thai language from SAP system and it is going perfectly to the customers .

Now if business want's to check the preview of the email they are going to SOST screen but there, special characters are not displaying properly. If we want to see these characters perfectly we have to do Right click in SOST then after Encoding -> UNI Code

by doing these step we are able to see preview perfectly in SOST ( see the below image for more details ) ( one time activity per each business user).

Is there any way to applicable this option to all users in the system ?  Please suggest. ( I am using Arial font 10 size )

Try changing the setings in SCOT tcode as below:

Otherwise, you can try to replace your Thai character with the HTML code for that special character.
