How to add Insp spec after insp lot creation?

Hello All,

An inspection lot has been created for x ingredient, but this ingredient was by mistake assigned to 2 different inspection plans: Group A and Group B, no specification has been assigned. Status CRTD CHCR SPRQ appears and no specification was assigned. I removed group A already.

How can I add the missing specification in such case? (Note: the button "task/list spec" is not available/is in display mode)

Hi Naresh,

I think this issue might have already been discussed before and you have checked in SCN already.

Saying that, please can you try to go to transaction QA02 => give inspection lot number => Enter => Go to Inspection Specification tab => Select Task List/Spec => Save.

Check if after saving, now you are able to assign the Group B to your previously created inspection lot.

Hi Naresh,

In Addition of Arjit, also check key date and valid from date of inspection plan B. Valid from date should be prior to key date.

If the issue still exist, please paste screen shot of Inspection lot specification tab.

Hi,

Use Tcode - QAC3 to reset the Inspection Lot and enter and save. Then click on Inspection lot button and change the date if required and assign the task list and sample..

It will assign valid Plan..
