Migration - Related docs

Hi

Has anybody migrated to C4C any related docs before?

I am working with Opportunities, and try to migrate some with "Parent" relationship.

But still cannot make this relation between documents from migration file.

I can only link to already existing opportunities in C4C. This would mean few step migration, which complicates the process.

Do you have any experience in this topic?

Hello Radek,

I have not worked on this, but I assume you will first have to migrate all the Opportunities that you want to link and then set the relationship (relate documents) using this migration. So this might indeed require already existing documents which would be linked with this migration.

It looks like this - and I wanted to avoid this if possible.

I guess this would not be possible since creating Opportunities expects more data then that what might be included in for Related document migration.

Hi

this is not what I wanted - I wanted to fill in single migration template with opportunities details filled in (both parents and children) and put their relationships in tab "Related documents". So we will have all opportunities details in here. But this (I mean relating them in same step as creation) seems not possible. THis is the case.
