CSOL activation - System not appearing

Hi,

I am trying to activate CSOL for my managed system, but when i go to  below SPRO path I am not able to see the required system.

SPRO-> SAP Solman-> Capabilities -> Change Control Management -> Cross system Object Lock and Downgrade Protection-> Configure & activate Cross system object lock.-> Activate Cross-System Object Lock in Managed Systems

How we can bring the system into 'System Change Options' so that I can activate CSOL for the required system

Please check below note.

1584174 "CSOL: RFC to client 000 is required for activation in case of problems seeing all clients"

System will appear in /TMWFLOW/CMSCONF if the system is used in a project with ChaRM activated.
