PA 20 Access to HR Ass.Manager to see all employees infodata

Dear Experts,

I wanted to give Pa20 access to HR Ass. Manager to see all employees infotypes display mode. can anyone suggest based on below details.

Company Code :1000

PA:2000

PSA:3000

EG: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,F,T

ESG:1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,25

Infotypes: All Infotypes.

Subtypes: All

OrganiZation Key:1000

i think in the authorization level you can give M & R

Authorization level

M, R

M  (read with entry helps)

R  (read),

S  (write locked record; unlock if the last person to change the record is not the current user),

E  (write locked record),

D  (change lock indicator),

W (write data records)

*   (all operations).

agree to mr pranay. if you want to let the manager can see all infotype you can put *. but if you already sure all infotype that you wrote are enough it's oke too !!

Hi,

If you want to give access to all infotypes, pass '*' in Infotype value.

you can do it by using authorization role with tcode PFCG and define authorization level R (read) and other component such as

Infotype

Personnel Area

Employee Group

Employee Subgroup

Subtype

Organizational Key

maintain as needed based on your company code. or you can allow manager to user ad hoc query too.

In the existing system we have PA 20 Display access to individual employees. But Manager needs to see all employees all infotypes.

i think if structural authorization is implemented in your system then i think i might be possible

i think you have restrict via the below

compnay code

infotype & subtypes

may be PA, PSA, EG & ESG

but i am not sure about organisation key

please check with security & authorization team
