500 Connection Timed Out-Connection Manager Failed to Load Data

I am trying to implement Manage Purchase Order Application in Fiori Launchpad(SAP S/4 HANA on-premise edition). I have activated the ICF,OData service and it works fine in gateway client and also in browser. Also the roles are assigned to user,but still getting Connection Timed out error.

I understand that the settings can be changed in "icm/keep_alive_timeout". Is there any other option to resolve the same and make it run.Is there any backend configurations to be done for S/4 HANA 1511 edition.

Any help will be appreciated

The reason for the timeout is found networks tab and Console when run in Chrome. Now I am getting an error 405 Method Not Allowed.

Batch request should be submitted as HTTP POST Request.
