Login Error on WebI Rich Client

Hi

Already we've an issue when we tried to login on WebRichClient.

Please, if someone knows how we can solve this issue, we'll be grateful.

The LAN network is OK, between this client and BO server

Platform version SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.0

WebRichClient 4.0 SP 6

Please follow below steps to resolve the issue :

FOR SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.x

  • Find the lsi folder: %Documents and Settings\<useraccount>\Application Data\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\lsi
  • Delete all the files in that directory

Search the .LSI in the system drive where you have installed BO client.

Delete the LSI file for this server.reopen the rich client and try.
