We are in CRM 7.0 EHP4.
We have a data Issue of around 1 Lakh of Interaction records in CRM were created under wrong Service Organizations.
We found the root cause of this Issue and fixed it.So we are good in creating new records, but worried about the existing Interaction records.
What are the possible Impacts for service request created through Interaction records?
What are the best possible ways to fix this data Issue? We have BI for reporting and they are using CRM as source system.
