Delete data before loading : Flat File (csv)

Hi Experts,

I wanted to confirm if there's any option like 'Delete data before loading' or 'Append/Truncate' when working with CSV file as target? We have similar options while working with template tables/tables.

I want to implement similar functionality in flat file target. Is there any way, we can do so?

Sure, use the Delete file option: Specifies whether the software should delete the target file before loading generated output data:

●Yes: Indicates that the software should delete the contents of the target file before loading the newly-generated output data from the data flow.

●No: Indicates that the software should append the newly-generated output data to any existing data in the target file
