Learn SAP Hana or SAP BW as a starting point

Dear all,

I am just starting in the SAP consulting area, and i am curious, do you think it is smarter to start learning SAP HANA or SAP BW?

At one side more and more demand is there for SAP Hana, but I also understood that it is easier to switch from SAP BW to SAP Hana then the other way around. What do you guys think?
