In ESS and MSS Leave Data over view in status showing as "HAS ERROR"

Getting of the day!

well one my client's mostly users are getting in their portal in the status column as "Has Error", once user creating leave request through portal once it's approved by manager leave status not showing as approved it's showing "Has Error".

could you advice me,,
