MRS table for resource availability

Hi Experts,

Could you pls help me with the following tables in MRS.

Table to find resource availability information, ie date, from and to hours. I guess this information will be transferred from HR to MRS through program MRSS/HCM_RPTWFMIF.

Hi,

Above mentioned are the tables used in MRS availability update and below is some additional information thet might be helpfull to you.

First of all you will get all the availability of your resources whejn you run the report MRSS/HCM_RPTWFMIF which transfers HR resources availability to MRS which is determined from PWS/ 007 info type/ 2001/2003/2004 etc.Additionally you can get the team capacity by the this report

MNT_MRS_CAPACITY_SUMMARY.

I have not explored MRS yet.

But based on some searching in SAP, following are some of the tables which you can take a look

/MRSS/D_RES_CAP Resource capacity and overbook information

/MRSS/D_OVERBOOK Overbooking percentage for Internal resources

/MRSS/D_RES_DET Details of internal and external resource

/MRSS/D_RES_FRZN Frozen period of resource

/MRSS/D_RES_TPD Capacity Template Definition

/MRSS/D_RES_TA Time allocations for resources

/MRSS/C_HCMPTLRP Mapping HR Time Data to WFM Time Allocations

Check this transaction report as well /MRSS/TECHLIST. It will give you the assignment & availability details for a personal number.
