Message : A Crystal Report job failed because a free license could not be obtained in the time allocated

I am just a simple end user traying to get a report from software installed in my desktop.

Few time works and show me the report. Otherwise a get the message pointed.

I already installed Crystal Report Viewer traying to fix this problem, but still issue persist.
