Slow Start Session in SAP

Good afternoon dear

Currently I have a customer who has SAP Bussiness One 9.1 PL 9 Installed on a server in the cloud, which it has two network cards and the other use it to another system. Users connect to SAP through Remote Desktop tool no one has the client installed on your pc sap. The problem arises when you log as it takes 15 minutes. Once inside it behaves normally.

Hi Glenda.

You should to check the following points:

1. The hardware resourses of clients computers:
   1. RAM memory
   2. Processor frequency
2. The Internet Bandwith on your company
3. Do you have a VPN for SAP's users? or Do you have in the same net SAP's users (RDP) and Internet's users?
4. How many SAP's users are working with SAP?

There are Six user.

Users are three countries is Different

I suggest you to talk with your partner of SAP on the cloud because I think that is not a regular performance, 15 minutes to login is a very, very long time to log.
