MCF - Registration validation link doesn't expire

Hello,

I have MCF installed in our environment. When we register a new user, ideally the registration link should expire after 24 hours however when I tried using the same registration link, it does work after few days. How could I set this to be valid for just 24 hours?

Please suggest!!

Hi Piyush,  it should be possible to configure this via a background job

• User Request Cleanup (Optional): You can delete the user request which are in process / open / completed / canceled using this activity.

Thanks for the reply. I want to confirm two more things with your suggestion :

1) I am confuse if I need to run the cleanup job on GW or CRM system or on both?

2) If I want the same expiration validity for password change link, do I have to do anything else or user request cleanup job will take care of this as well?

Hi, for question 1, it depends which is a leading system for you: CRM or ERP? If you say that you have MCF installed, you should know that.

For question, this report can delete all user requests.
