Solman [Managed System Configuration]

Former Member

Hi All,

I'm configuring Solution Manager 7.1 SP4 and I've already completed System Preparation and Basic Configuration steps without any errors.

Now I'm trying to configure Managed System Configuration step but I don't know where I should start and what exactly I need to do.

Can anyone suggest any run book concerning this Step?

It gives me this errors.

And when I'm trying configure Application Server ABAP (Configure Options->Goto Landscape Verification tool) I'm facing this problem.

Any suggestions?

Thank you beforehand,

Regards

Arman

Hi

Your LMDB data is incorrect.

Go to LMDB and assign the standalone product version to BWD system.

For example :a CRM product system is SAP CRM 7.0/NW 7.01. Assign this CRM product version to it.

More info can be found on below

I hope it will resolve your issue,

Thanks

Pls see bellow.

Hi Rishav,

Actually I should put there Netweaver 7.4 as a Standalone product system.

But again I don't have Netweaver 7.4 in my Product Version List.

any suggestions?

Hi

Ok here is the solution, you may need to upload the correct XML file in below note and restart the SMSY.

Check this note

Note 1603103 - SMSY: NetWeaver 7.3 upgrade

Download the relevant file for your case it is 7.4 , You need to run the report RS_SMSY_PPMS_XML_UP_DOWNLOAD (SE38) with Upload = X, After uploading the XML file you need to restart SMSY.

I hope it will resolve your issue.
