SAP Disclosure : Publishing, Auto Content Refresh,SAML

Hi Friends,

I just have some basic questions on Content Refresh, SAML and Publishing in SAP Disclosure Management.

1. Can we configure auto content refresh. In other words, can I schedule any job kind of thing to enable auto content refresh

2. When should we go for SAML configuration in our SAP DM Landscape? Do we really require it?

3. Publishing - We basically send the output of the reports and chapters to a designated network location.

a) I could see the relevance of task engine in configuring settings of publishing. But when I go to see the log files of Task Engine, it is disabled. Is this by design? Screenshot attached below.

b) Publishing Tab - I did the configuration, setup a shared folder and gave all the access to this folder and finally mentioned the network address in the publishing directory text box.

Password - Is this the password going to remain common to all the zip files going to the designated folder?

c) When I try to publish any period and its reports and chapters, I get an error and when I see the error log - it says:
