Dear All,

In our Dev and QA environments we noticed that the Add button on personal profile screen appears as below

But in Prod Portal it looks as below

Is there a reason for this change is display?

have you compared the subtype table ? they should have same numbering in both systems?

also is any changes done in the applicaiton config?

Package->PAOC_ESS_PER_WDA->Web Dynpro-> Web Dynpro Applicat.-> HRESS_A_PERSINFO-> * Configurations->HRESS_AC_PERSINFO GET_ACTIONS (class CL_HRESS_PER_OVERVIEW)?? i m not sure below will help, But just test it and let us know what are the results Please add the application parameter '&UNGROUP_CREATE_BUTTONS=X' to the URL and this will enable the flag not to group the buttons Alternatively, you can also change the value of application parameter 'UNGROUP_CREATE_BUTTONS' to 'X' in application configuration 'HRESS_AC_PERSINFO'. Eg: https://xxxxxxxxxxxx:xxxx/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/hress_a_persinfo?sap-language=EN&sap-wd-configId=HRES... P_CREATE_BUTTONS=X

Hi Siddharth,

We tried the same.

In Dev and QA, UNGROUP_CREATE_BUTTONS is not X yet the button Add appears.

The same is the setting in Prod but does not look the same.

you cross check with QAS and PRD how many subtypes maintained for this Personal ID (0185) in table V_T7XSSPERSUBTY both systems DEV/QAS and PRD are having same entries or not ?

Hi Shankar,

The issue is not in data display.

The look of the button.

In dev and QA we see an Add button with drop down.

But in prod it shows as individual buttons.
