Batch Numbers not coming internally.

Hello All,

Kindly help me in the following scenario.

In Quality and Dev servers, intrenal batch numbers are coming perfectly. But in Prod, while doing MB1C, the following messages are coming up and not taking batch numbers internally.

I click on yes.....
