Feedback after error in workflow

Hi All,

I am facing an issue while triggering workflow (ZBUS2096).

We had tested in Dev system, the workflow is triggered correctly. While when we imported this WF to Quality system, the workflow is not triggered.

I checked in SWEL and it shows an error - Feedback after error (screenshot attached)

I compared the binding in dev and QA system. The start conditions are exactly the same.

Can any please provide me some help.
