In SAP KE30 Report, Actual Period and Actual YTD not flowing properly

Hi Guru,

In SAP KE30 report (KE30) are not populating correctly.

Below image values are feeding through into the Revenue YTD field without any values appearing in the monthly Sales Revenue field.

Also, revenue YTD increases each month with no values appearing in the monthly Sales Revenue field.

Can you please guide me,  where I want to do necessary change?

Dear Suresh,

Please look the below scenarios:

Please use the formula at field level to get YTD value. In header level you can add more column.

Thanks for your reply, Most of your solution based on TWO Axis forms.

But we are created KE34 – Forms based on ONE Axis Key Figure,(below image)

Hi..

For current monthly revenue, you set element definition as below picture after you double-click each lead column.

For revenue YTD, refer to the following process.

1. You double-click revenue YTD field and select “with Value Field” radio button in process cells as below picture.

2.You set element definition as below picture for revenue YTD.

But we maintain in KE34,KE31 & input screen as below way in my sap system.

You can set element definition as below picture for monthly column and revenue YTD column.
