TC: CAC1 - Start Time & End Time edit mode on ESS - NWBC

Hello Experts,

I am working on CATS - ESS (NWBC). 

I am using the Recording Working time (CATS - ESS (NWBC).  Start time and End time showing in display mode, but this filed required for edit mode.

Please suggest how to do edit mode, is there any standard way.

you can display the start time in main screen as well using CAC2. Can you again confirm the status of this record in CATSDB?

Also, try creating a new absense or attendance and chekc if you are able to create Start time etc ie dont enter any hours first

That error is due to missing CVR parameter in user ID details.

-> Go to SU01

-> Specify the user id and click on change

-> Click on Parameters tab

-> Maintain CVR parameter value with that cats profile name

ex: cats profile  ESS_CATS then it should be maintained like below.

apart from that, this occurs if you are using incorrect settings for WF

you are using wrong task in CAC1 it should be Standard Task TS31000007: CATS Approval by Supervisor readhere http://help.sap.com/saphelp_afs64/helpdata/en/42/cea31b38321368e10000000a1553f7/content.htm i had explained this in a KBA SAP NOTE 1289147 - PROFILE_NOT_INITIALIZED Please note that in the application CATS regular / Record Working Time (Web Dynpro) you can only perform the approval process with automatic recipient determination. If you implement the workflow (Approval Workflow field is selected), employees can only work on CATS webdynpro if the Automatic Recipient Determination field is selected. So ensure that the Automatic recipient Determination is checked
