How to keep C4A from Excluding Data

My data includes a column of client names; some have punctuation such as commas, periods and dashes. When I pull the data into a model, C4A tags those rows as errors and doesn't include them in the analysis. How do I override that behavior?

Hello Charles,

Did you try converting column content into text?

Can you send me a sample for me to play with?

Where/how do I convert a column to text? Do I do that in the model?

Here is an example of a field that gets excluded:

Some Company U.S.A. Inc., a California Corporation, by its Blah Blah Services Company Division

i heard you, this is one of my issues when dropping-in Excel data

I'm about to log an incident internally, as it's a really strict limitation that end-users won't appreciate

will get back to you

Do the same limitations exist if we use the Cloud Connector/Cloud for Analytics Agent to connect to a .unx?
