Hi ,
I've got wrong calculation during sled shortfall counting .
if date of manufacturing : 22.09.2015
sled : 18.06.2016
total shelf life : 270 days ,
min. rem. shelf life : 66
if , i wanted to gr as on 11.05.2016 date , then how could , " Shortfall of 28 days against remaining shelf life in current item (66 Day)" - this message will appear ? ...
I , it should be - shortfall of 36 days .
regards ,
Patel

Dear Patel,
The shelf life is 270 days, if a material is created at 22.09.2015 + 270 days then the batch is valid until 18.06.2016.
Additionaly you defined "Min. Rem. Shelf Life" 66 days. This mean, if a batch is used in goods movement, then it must hav min 66 days shelf life.
So 18.06.2016 - 66 days mean the batch can be used in goods movements until 13.04.2016.
If we try to post today a goods movement 11.05.2016 this mean 28 days after min remaining shelf life.
System works perfectly correct.
Best Regards,

from where did you take the 66 days of minimum remaining shelf life? material master or referenced document?
