Report to run by Characteristic across multiple materials in one plant

Hi All

Hoping you can help looking for a report to run by characteristics across multiple materials in one plant.

QGP1 is quite nice except you can only run for one characteristic at time and if you take off the material selection in the results history it takes off the plant selection also so not exactly what we are looking for. The other one is QGA4 and using the Characteristics table Graph which is great the only problem there is the material code is not on the output. Does anyone have any ideas would be greatly appreciated e.g. what we want

MATERIAL - BATCH - LOT - CHAR - RESULT VALUE - VALUATION - CODE -TARGET VALUE - LOWER SPEC - UPPER SPEC- TEXT - SHORT TEXT

Hi Sinead,

Have you tried QA33/QE51N? Ideally they should give you most of these information, but in a different view, where you need to go inside the inspection lot results for getting further details. Check if this helps.

Sadly these wont do as we want a report of say the last year for characteristic weight. Qe51N will only show you lots that have not had the UD completed. So this wont do as they will be making the Usage decisions daily. Then Qa33 that will take too much time to go into each one and review. Thanks for the help though

Well, in that case you can try creating your custom report using different BAPI_INSP*, which will give you the actual report you are researching.
