Difference between SAP Digital for Cloud(D4C) and SAP Cloud for Customer Edge Edition(C4E)

Hi Friends,

I have checked on SCN and blogs that we have now some new editions of SAP C4C that are D4C and C4E. I have read the documentation but still trying to find the exact difference between both of them. Can somebody plz. explain me the difference between these two?
