Course attendance updation in IT2002 After attendance Confirmed By Course Administrator In LSO

Hi Experts,

Hope you all are doing well!

Currently I am working on LSO and Its Process Flow As I mentioned Below -

1. Course Administrator will Create event.

2. Employee will Send Course participation booking request to Manager

3. Manger Will Approve Course Booking Participation.

4. course administrator will send mail of Booking confirmation to employee

5. After Event will over course administrator will conduct Course Follow Up Process and will confirm attendance of Employee and after this Process I Need to update Attendance in IT2002 but Its Currently updating before manager Approval process for the same process I am using Standard Workflow WS12000003 and subworkflow WS12000006 and I also got the belo Badis

And Kindly Check STAXT in Table -ET_ATTENDEE_ACTIVITIES

Hi,

for maintaining infotypes you can use function module HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION.

Check the HCM and ABAP forums for code examples.
