signature logo not displaying in sap script

HI All,

I am printing a Quality certificate where signature is displayed as an image. When we generate the PDF from spool, we are able to see the signature logo in the PDF. But when we download directly on to desktop, the signature logo is not coming. Anyone have idea what might be the reason. Please help me.

HI Haritha,

Are you using tiff format of the image? Can you see the image after doing print preview?

Please check dimensions of the image.

Hi Pravin,

I am using .tiff format. In print preview it is not displaying the signature logo. From spool to  downloading in PDF I can see the signature logo. There is no issue with the size of the image.

The problem is instead of spool, If I download PDF directly to desktop it is not displaying the signature logo in the PDF.

I checked in debugging the form. It is triggering the INCLUDE command for standard text in both the scenarios.

Just want to point out that "signature", "logo" and "bitmap" are three different things. Kindly use the proper terminology to avoid confusion.

Also you might want to clarify what are you using to "download directly on to desktop".

The signature is nothing but an image which is maintained as a standard text in SO10.

I am able to see the signature image when downloaded from spool.

If I directly download the output as PDF to desktop, the image is not coming.

Hi All,

There is some problem with the standard text that I uploaded because, there is another image that is coming correctly. I converted JPEG to TIFF format using www.converthub.com but still the image is not appearing in the PDF. I uploaded the standard text again and still same issue.
