Target cost is not updated for rework materials in the process order.

Hi Experts,

we are facing one issue for target cost rework materials.I have go to the KKBc_ORD  i choose target cost version  1, rework material target cost is updated. if i choose target cost version is Zero target cost is not updated same as production order. As i know that production order  default target cost version is ZERO. So that is  the reason the target cost is not updated for rework materials.

I have compared diff process order for same material

Hi...

You should check whether you select all target cost version or selected target cost version in variance calculation : initial screen.

If you select “selected target cost version” option, you should set target cost version in which you want to calculate variance using menu(Extras->Set target version).

Target cost comes in picture only when variance calculation is done and order have status VCAL

Check also

-Standard cost estimate is done or not

-Order status should be DLV or TECO

For cost version check which version define in OKV6 for your controlling area.

We have cal variance and status is DLV teco. as attached earlier snap shots to related to target cost versions.

KKBC_ORD: Target cost is choose " 0" second snap is target cost version "1"

Check which target cost version set for your controlling area for variance calculation in OKV6.

And as suggested by Big Choi check which option you selected for calculating variance.

Hi.

You should check the difference between standard cost’s BOM (Target version : 0) and preliminary cost's BOM(Target version : 1) .

The material “145395062’ does not exist in standard cost’s BOM (Target version : 0).
