Automatically create a Goods receipt when we scan something

Hello All,

We want to implement the functionality of automatically creating a goods receipt when we scan something into our warehouse.

How do we achieve this?

I have read around and I believe we need to use RF for this?

I have seen that is also possible to do this with a mobile phone?

Do we need to buy a special scanner? or any third party tool?

What do we have to configure? what are the technical settings needed?

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
